Shipping Costs
Our shipping costs are evaluated on a weight basis per product ensuring you are not paying more for single items.
You will see the chart below and each product on our website calculates the weight of the product in grams. We believe in fair postage, our rates are calculated using the following costs:

| 101 - 250g | £1.95 | £5.25 |
| 251 - 500g | £2.45 | £5.25 |
| 501 - 750g | £2.95 | £5.70 |
| 751 - 1000g | £3.60 | £5.70 |
| 1000g + | £3.60 | £6.70 |
If your goods come to more than £30 then you automatically qualify for free delivery and the maximum you would be charged for any delivery is £6.70.

Shipping Companies
We currently have three service providers
- Royal Mail 1st class
- Next day delivery Royal Mail signed for
- UPS signed for
Dependent on the weight of the product and urgency this is determine the service used.
Shipping times
Fresh Cargo ship goods from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm. All orders sent before 2pm will leave on the same day. Orders arriving after 2pm will be packed on the same day but may ship the next day. In all cases we endeavour to ship goods on the same day 1st class.
Christmas Shipping Dates
The last dates you will be able to purchase products in order for Christmas delivery are:
Wednesday 19th December 2012 - First Class PostageThursday 20th December 2012 - Special Delivery/Next Day (You must select this option at the checkout)
